Our DS1 service has reached capacity for the 2025/26 academic year. We’re exploring options to operate a larger vehicle on this route, but for the moment we won’t be able to accept any further applications. If you’d like to join the waiting list for this service, please email your name, alongside you child/children’s name to keylink@oxfordbus.co.uk with the subject line ‘DS1 Waiting List’. If we’re able to make more seats available, or if current passholders decide they no longer wish to use the service, we’ll contact parents/guardians on a first come, first served basis.

Valid on the DS1 service, between 04/09/2025 – 21/07/2026 (subject to scheduling of inset days).

The price of the ticket will reduce as more seats are sold, once we have the total number of confirmed passengers for this service billing information will be updated in line with the pricing below.

Refunds are not typically available for route-specific Academic Annual products and in any case will be made solely at our discretion. When you purchase an Academic Annual pass and choose to pay in instalments (where offered) you are committing to making all future payments due as detailed at purchase. We’re committed to working with customers experiencing difficulty making payments but ultimately reserve the right to pursue all avenues to recover outstanding balances. In cases where a pass is no longer required (for example, due to a change in school), we will first attempt to find another customer to take the place. In cases where this is not successful no refund will be offered. Where this is possible, a partial refund will be offered to the value of 20% of the total ticket price per any wholly unused term.
