You should have been directed to this form following completion of the Oxford Brookes University Discounted Pass entitlement assessment. If you have not completed this process, you must do so before your application for a discounted Brookes CityZone Annual pass can be processed. Please note – all applications will be cross-checked against records held by Oxford Brookes University to ensure only entitled students are given discounted travel. If you are found to have knowingly applied for the incorrect discount, your account may be suspended and you will be liable to pay the full cost for any travel undertaken.

Before proceeding with your payment, please download the Oxford Bus app and register for an account using your @brookes.ac.uk email address. You can download the Oxford Bus app from the App Store,  Google Play, or you can register for an account online here. Failure to complete this step will result in a delay to your application being processed.

The payment you’ll shortly make includes a non-refundable £10 administration fee.

If your details are successfully matched to Oxford Brookes University’s records, a Brookes CityZone Annual app ticket will be added your Oxford Bus app account, ready for you to activate and use on all services in the CityZone area. This process may take up to 5 working days.

If your details are not successfully matched, your application will be queried directly with Oxford Brookes University whose decision on your entitlement is final. If you are not entitled to the product you’ve applied for, you will receive a refund less the £10 administration fee.
